Overview

Crown Honda has a unique opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to LEAD and supervise a team of three (3) additional Service Advisors

while overseeing up to 12 Express Techs as Crown Honda’s LEAD Express Service Advisor.

 

This essential role is being created to complement our BUSY and ever-growing Express Service Department!

 

If you have worked as a Service Advisor for a minimum of THREE years and you are ‘ready for more’ – THIS POSITION IS THE ONE FOR YOU!

 

The LEAD Express Service Advisor interacts daily with a range of people including customers, other service advisors, service technicians, service managers, parts associates, parts managers, sales associates, and sales managers to name a few.

 

You must have stellar customer service skills along with supervisory skill and capacity to be successful in this position.

Qualifications

Special Skills and Abilities:

 

  • Minimum THREE consecutive years as an Automotive Service Advisor
  • Experience in supervising a team, preferred
  • Ability to identify employee issues while maintaining high employee morale
  • Meet predetermined service sales objectives
  • Meet predetermined customer satisfaction score objectives (CSI)
  • CDK/ADP Experience, preferred
  • Ability to give customers a non-technical explanation of technical repairs.
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills and customer service skills – approachable, cheerful, helpful, etc.
  • Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Current Driver’s License and ability to meet US employment and Crown’s eligibility requirements.
