Overview

Crown has an immediate opening for a  BDC Service/Sales Follow up and Customer Retention Rep.  This position follows up with customers by phone after a service visit or after sales to determine customer satisfaction. In addition, this position provides support to specific dealerships in regards to customer retention.

 

This is a full time position with Fridays off and a full day on Saturdays.

 

Position requires: Minimum of One Year Customer Service experience

Responsibilities

  • Follow all company and department policies and procedures.
  • Punctuality is a MUST!
  • Handle all calls in a professional manner.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with external and internal customers. Proper spelling, grammar and good voice tone.
  • Run and print reports as needed for follow up
  • Notify various departments regarding customer wants/needs.
  • Refer positive and negative feedback to appropriate channels.
  • Track outgoing calls and contacts and report to Manager as needed.
  • Handle customer retention functions by sending out emails and performing other functions, as needed.
  • Assist in other BDC functions when needed.
  • Keep work areas clean and neat
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Performs other duties as assigned based on company’s needs.

 

Qualifications

  • One-year minimum, customer service experience
  • Basic computer and telephone skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team player
  • Must have a professional appearance and demeanor.
