  • Overview

    Crown has an immediate opening for Part-Time Service Reservations Coordinator for Crown Automotive Group’s multiple franchises.
     
    Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) answering calls from customers who need to schedule service appointments and placing outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments.
     
    Candidates must be available to work 20 hours per week.  Scheduled hours will fall on weekdays between 8:30am to 5:30pm and on Saturdays from 8am to 4pm.  Exact hours will be discussed during the interview.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities Include:
    • Follow all company and department policies and procedures.
    • Be at work on time and ready to work.
    • Handle all calls in a professional manner.
    • Schedule appointments for customers as needed.
    • Daily, call customers to confirm service appointments.
    • Notify various departments regarding customer wants/needs.
    • Schedule appointments when special order parts arrive.
    • Make outbound calls to customers who have not had their service done timely in an effort to schedule a service appointment.
    • Make outbound calls to customers who declined recommended services in an effort to bring them back to the dealership by scheduling a service appointment.
    • Make other miscellaneous calls to customers in an effort to bring them back to the dealership by scheduling service appointments.
    • Refer positive and negative feedback to appropriate channels.
    • Keep work areas clean and neat
    • Performs other duties as assigned based on company’s needs.

    Qualifications

    Specific qualifications include (but are not limited to):
    • 1-year customer service experience
    • Basic computer skills
    • Strong communication skills
    • Appointment scheduling skills
    • Outstanding organizational skills
    • Strong work ethic
    • Comfortable with high inbound call volume
    • Highly motivated
    • Excellent phone skills
    • Must be able to work a flexible work schedule, if needed
    • Ability to juggle multiple tasks
    • Ability to work in a call center environment
