    The Crown Automotive Group, one of the largest privately-owned, multi-franchise dealer groups in the US, has an exciting opportunity for an Insurance Agency Sales Manager.

    This position is perfect for someone who enjoys the benefits of building, operating and leading an agency to be successful but doesn't want the responsibility of owning his/her own agency. This is a unique opportunity with exceptional growth and earning potential.

    Below is an overview of the position:

    Crown is partnering with Allstate Insurance in a Dealership Services Program to implement a full-service insurance agency within their automotive dealerships in the Pinellas County Florida market.

    We currently have a need for an Agency Sales Manager in the St Petersburg, FL area. This is a permanent position, including a base pay + commission/bonus + benefits. Managers will receive extensive training on the entire suite of insurance products.

    The Agency Sales Manager will be located on-site at the dealerships to help customers assess their entire insurance portfolio and ensure they obtain the protection they are seeking. The manager will be responsible for a number of licensed sales professions, that would operate in the dealerships.

    Ideal candidates will be high-energy, customer-focused, and have a strong desire to succeed in a sales driven environment.



    • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
    • Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
    • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
    • Establish individual and team sales goals.
    • Coach/mentor team to achieve goals.
    • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.


    • Successful track record in Insurance sales of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
    • Previous management experience
    • Property & Casualty license required.
    • Life and Health License preferred.
    • Proven ability to lead, manage, and mentor a team to achieve goals and objectives.
    • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
    • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
    • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
    • Self-motivated.
    • Detail oriented.
    • Proactive in problem solving.
    • Ability to work in a team environment.
    • Ability/ willingness to work up to 6 days per week.
