    Immediate need for a Service Greeter performing a variety of duties as assigned in a support capacity for our Service Department and customers.

     

    Customer Service experience is a PLUS, but not necessary.

    Responsibilities

    Duties Include:

     

    • Answering phones and help direct customers on the phone
    • Escort customers to appropriate, Service Advisor, waiting area or Parts/ Service Dept. as needed.
    • Verify Appointment details
    • Prioritize customers waiting to be written up
    • Greet customers returning to pick up their vehicles
    • Keep coffee and refreshments stocked.
    • Keep customer lounge area neat, clean, and orderly.
    • Check restrooms periodically throughout the day for cleanliness.
    • Run errands, pick up or deliver customers, etc.
    • Keep service drive clear by parking cars (once repair order has been written) in appropriate areas and placing keys on board in tool room.
    • Develop and maintain a high level of cooperation with your co-workers.
    • Communicate areas needing improvement to the Service Manager.
    • Complete all directives of your Service Manager.
    • “Seize the Moment” and provide excellent customer service at every opportunity.
    • Attends department meetings as requested.
    • Reports any safety issues immediately to management.
    • Comply with all policies as described in the “Crown Employee Handbook.”
    • Other duties may be assigned, based on company’s needs.

    Qualifications

    No Experience Required - A POSITIVE ATTITUDE is a MUST!

     

    Additional Requirements Include:

    • Ability to interpret instructions in all forms (written, verbal, diagram or schedule format)
    • Ability to drive Automatic AND Standard Cars is preferred
    • Current State Driver's license and ability to meet U.S. employment and Crown's eligibility requirements (Background Check/Drug Screen)
    • Professional appearance and pleasant demeanor at all times with an ease in communicating with our customers and co-workers
